I was on the server just after 4am it took 20 minutes and could not get the Froggie 747-400F to start up. When it finally started, I could not get it to turn on the taxiway's. I gave up and loaded the MaxFreight 747-8F another 20 minutes to get it to start up! Any Ideas as to the problem? I recalibrated my flight stick. Checked weight and fuel/payload and all was normal. Still very sluggish performance. I'm at a total loss as to what to check next. If seems that all planes are affected.

You may not like this but you may need to do a clean install. 1st. try to defrag system! If no fix follow the following:
Save your AIRCRAFT, EFFECTS, SCENERY,and GAUGEs folders to a temporary folder or USB. Also save any other files that you may need from the fs9 folder. Completely delete fs9. Defrag Do a clean full re-install of fs9 and fsNav. (don't forget to run fsNav database). Transfer the above folders back into the sim main folder. Defrag - yes again. Start fs and calibrate your stick and that should be all you need to do. If you continue to have problems please let me know. Side note. It's unlikely but possible that your scenery file for departure aprt is corrupt. If it's addon scenery, try to disable it and retest
