As you may have seen on the pilot roster, I AM BACK!
I originally resigned from this VA on 06.06.17 but now I decided to come back since I have a bit more free time to do what I used to do. Yes, while I am still quite busy regardless, I wanted to re-join Froggie Air again based on the good experience that I've had here previously while I was here last year as FRG23.
Since I have re-joined, my new pilot ID is FRG19 since the pilot ID FRG23 has been taken already.
Now why did I join Froggie Air again?
Because I like the nature of this VA and that other modern day VA's often rely on you setting up and using ACARS programs that are meant to be installed on your PC, have a long as Pilot Handbook piled up with a long list of rules and regulations that you have to follow. Here I feel is nice and simple, just like how VA's were like back in the day. And that I'm not piled with bits of complicated things that I need learn in order to get familiar with.
Yes I will criticise for a little bit here... (sorry) I feel this VA is a tad old fashioned, but that is the best thing about it! The VA management techniques are old fashioned but it works! It's simple and this is only one of very few successful VA's today that manage all their records manually. It also does not have a fixed livery allowing everyone here to get creative with their aircraft paint designs under the Froggie Air brand.
And also I did kinda miss it here. So in a nutshell, I'm glad I'm back.
And if you don't know who I am already, my name is Lukas and I originally come from Indonesia but I live in New Zealand.
I have been playing FSX since 2009 and I have continued playing it ever since. I found this VA on FlightSim and I thought I would join and possibly help you out, if you need any.
I am also good at painting aircraft for FSX, and I have been doing that since 2014. I have painted for many other virtual airlines and also founded my own virtual airline in 2015 since I started learning how to paint aircraft for FSX. I am working on a Froggie Air livery at the moment for the TDS Boeing 787-8, and all I need to do is submit it.
Cheers,
FRG23
FRG19
